Installation Steps for local database use
-----------------------------------------------------
1. Install SQL Express Express LocalDB 2019.

2. Once the file is downloaded, open it.
3. You are presented with three options: Basic, Custom, and Download Media
4. Select Download Media
5. Once you are in Download Media section, Select the package: "LocalDB (53 MB)
6. Set the download location wherever you feel comfortable and press download, located at the bottom right of the menu.
7. Once the file is downloaded, exit the program.
8. Now go to the location where you downloaded the SqlLocalDB.msi file (location in step 6).
8. Open the installer and run it.
9. You now have a local DB setup on your machine for this program and others that use local SQL based databases.
