1. Admin Time Report

This report is develeoped to track admin time across different Teams to help develop strategy to minimize Admin Time.

2. Facilities Spending

This report is develeoped to gain insights to the Actual Spending Amount vs the budget allocated across different Departments and Accounts to help develop strategy to optimize the Budget Allocation for Project Managers.

3. Major Projects Initiatives

This report is develeoped to track the ongoing Major/Master Projects Initiatives and their allocated budgets and completion percentage.

4. Projects

This report is develeoped to gain insights to the Actual vs Estimated Contractor Costs and Labour Hours. Also, the Costs associated with various Projects throughout the years to help develop strategy to optimize the Budget Allocation and see the Project Cost Trend.

5. Teams Ideas

This is a prototype report to track team huddles/meetings on Microsoft Teams to increase innovation and productivity in an organization. Also gives an insights to quickly see the pain points and ideas generated by every team.

6. Building Inspections

This report is develeoped for operations teams to see which Building Inspections has damage reports to quickly act upon them and simulataneously create and track the work orders linked with them. Also it allows to dig deeper into damages which are frequent to particular zones to develop a strategy.

7. Client Dashboard

This report is develeoped for clients to see the active work orders for all the buildings and sites. Also, it tracks the resolution and response times throught the years, which gives an insight to the performace of organization using various KPI's and metrics.
