This folder contains the analysis of the hES-derived cortical oraganoid oligodendroglia dataset. Cortical brain organoids were sequenced at four timepoints (week 8, week 16, week 21 and week 25) using the 10X Genomics pipeline with v3.1 kits. Oligodendroglia was then subseted based on OLIG1, OLIG2 and SOX10 expression and analysed as a separate dataset.
