In this folder I have uploaded the DE genes of all the clusters of the RC17 oligodendroglia dataset. The file marked with "all", containes all the DE genes of all the clusters, while the file marked with "fil" contains filtered genes (p ≤ 0.05, fold-change expressed logarithmically (logFC) ≥ 0.5).
