info safe and confidential. If you think someone else is using your account, please tell us right away! You’re
also responsible for everything that happens through your account.

<li>Isn’t spam or unwanted ads 📧</li>

<li>Doesn’t impersonate others or violate privacy 👤</li>
<li>Isn’t false or misleading ❌</li>

We aren’t responsible for what you post. But we do have the right to remove, edit, or refuse Content that breaks
these rules or doesn’t fit. If you post bad stuff, we can limit or revoke your access. Use Sherlock at your own
risk!

<h2>5. License to Your Content 🎨</h2>

By posting Content on Sherlock, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display,
modify, and share your Content to help run and promote Sherlock. This license ends if you remove your Content or
terminate your account.

<h2>6. Intellectual Property & DMCA 📢</h2>
<p>We respect copyrights and expect you to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work is used here without
permission, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our Copyright Agent at:</p>

sites, and we’re not responsible for their content or practices. Using them is at your own risk, so please

If you break these Terms or for any reason we see fit, we can suspend or terminate your account immediately — no
warning needed. Once terminated, you can’t use Sherlock anymore.

If you want to leave, you can simply stop using Sherlock. No hard feelings!

info. By using Sherlock, you agree to our privacy practices.

Sherlock is provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t promise it will always work perfectly or be
error-free. Use Sherlock at your own risk.

We’re not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that happen because of your use of Sherlock, including
problems caused by other users’ Content.

date. Keep an eye out! If you keep using Sherlock after changes, that means you accept the new Terms.
