1. Info You Provide
Your email and a password when you sign up.
2. Info We Collect Automatically
Things like IP address, device info, app version, crash logs, etc.
3. Location Data
- We use your location to find relevant crime stats nearby.
- It’s sent temporarily to our server to process, but never stored.
- We also use Google Maps, which has its own privacy practices, which can be found below.
4. User-Generated Content
Posts, comments, and likes you create in the app are stored on our servers so the social
features work properly. This content stays until you delete it or your account.

🚫 No Kids Allowed (Under 13)
Sherlock isn’t for kids under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their data, and we’ll delete it if we find out
