## What Is This?

An **open protocol** for AI-driven business automation. Any developer can implement it. Any SME can use it. No vendor lock-in.

**Problem:** EU SMEs waste €2.5B annually on repetitive tasks. Existing tools = expensive SaaS with lock-in.

**Solution:** Open standard for automation. Self-host. Own your data. Switch providers freely.

## Three Core Tasks

**1. Invoice Processing**  
Extract vendor, amount, date from PDFs → Load into ERP.  
Saves: 2-3 hours/week per SME.

**2. Email Classification**  
Route incoming emails by urgency/category.  
Saves: 5-10 hours/week.

**3. Data Validation**  
Check spreadsheets for duplicates/errors.  
Saves: 3-5 hours/week.

**With NGI Funding (6 months, €50k):**  
- Complete protocol (OpenAPI 3.0)
- Reference implementation (Python FastAPI + Docker)
- 3 SME pilots (manufacturing, digital agencies, logistics)
- SDK (pip install)
- Full documentation

**Future (Community):**  
50+ task agents by Year 3. Multi-language SDKs.
