### **Month 1-2: Complete Protocol Specification**

**Deliverables:**
- Full OpenAPI 3.0 specification with all endpoints

- Multi-language support (initial: EN, BG, DE, FR, ES)

**Output:** Published protocol v1.0 on GitHub + docs site
