Blood proteomics signatures of incident disease in the UK Biobank

This respository houses the code used to run the following analyses run with 1,468 Olink protein levels in 49,234 individuals from the UK Biobank:

  1. Individual Cox PH associations between 1,468 Olink protein levels and the incidence of 23 diseases and mortality.

  2. ProteinScore generation using all available protein levels as potentially-informative features in elastic net Cox PH models to predict 20 incident outcomes with a minimum of 150 cases.

  3. Clinical relevance assessment of the type 2 diabetes ProteinScore in the context of HbA1c, PGS and common risk factors.
