The scripts were run sequentially from 1-5 to generate AD GRNs . The functions used are present in "AD_grn_functions.R"
Script no1 : Generates an unfiltered AD GRN from CD4+ T cell healthy donor GRN by overlapping with molecular disease evidence
Script no2-4: Scripts combining molecular disease evidence from all 4 ADs (SLE, Psoriasis, JIA, Graves)
Script 5: Generates filtered AD GRN with additional rules on how to combine molecular disease evidence from the 4 diseases
