UNPUBLISHED: Ink Utils

Helper functions to manipulate an Ink story. These work with more complex tags in a story, and can be used to implement Storylets...though that isn't very well documented right now.

Why isn't it published?

Mainly because of tests. I don't have any! And I don't know for sure if all of these functions work in all situations as a result.
